Beim Checkout bitte alle erhaltenen Schlüsseln in den Briefkasten im Erdgeschoss einwerfen.

Das Elisa-Apartment mit seinen 70m² Wohnfläche ist aufgeteilt in 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche und 1 Bad mit Dusche. Diese sanierte Altbauwohnung ist geprägt von seinen stilvollen und zugleich gemütlichen Einrichtungen. Mit Stuk verzierte Wände und renovierte Altbaufenster unterstreichen den typischen Leipziger Gründerzeit-Baustil. Als Schlafmöglichkeiten bietet die Wohnung 1 Doppelbett (1,80m breit), 1 Einzelbett (90 cm breit) und 1 Bettsofa (1,60m breit). Ein Zustellbett kann auf Anfrage ohne Probleme bereit gestellt werden. Kleine Gruppen, Familien oder Handwerker bis 5 Personen werden hier Ihre Ruhe und Erholung finden.

Wir hatten das Apartment für einen Städteurlaub gebucht. Dank der guten Ausstattung hat das auch prima gepasst. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und bis zur Strassenbahn sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten.

Die Grösse und Ausstattung des Apartments ist zu diesem Preis nahezu unschlagbar, wenn man gewillt ist ein paar Geh- und Fahrminuten ins Zentrum in Kauf zu nehmen.
