A small note about the winter months: Showering in the outside shower is only possible until it is below freezing, then the outside water must be switched off, otherwise it will freeze. Please note this when booking!!! Perfect place for your holiday, as you have your own area, with your own garden path and entrance, check in and out is also possible without personal contact.
Forest cottage (Feste Laube) on the river (canal). Very simple and cosy, easy to relax. Retro .vintage. Time has left its mark as in the dacha time.
WC, kitchen sink are equipped with hot water - 5 litre boiler. There are no shower/bathing facilities in the house. In the summer months, you can use hot water in the small bathhouse with a hot water boiler outside. The hot spring runs on environmentally friendly solar power and can therefore be unplugged.
The small bathing beach (public) on the Oranienburg Canal is in front of the garden. The plot is 900 square metres and fenced. The garden had large conifers, which unfortunately fell victim to the bark beetle. It is nevertheless somewhat wooded/natural. A little overgrown and a nice covered terrace. Parking is free of charge. There is the possibility to put up a tent on request so a maximum of 2 people can travel. you can take very nice walks on the canal and along the water.

Guests are asked to leave the house as they found it. If you do not want to clean the house yourself, you can request the final cleaning at least 2 days before departure. Please remember to clean the fridge, switch it off and leave it open, set the boilers under the washbasins to the lowest setting and disconnect the boiler in the bathhouse from the power supply.
The water coming out of the pipes is very ferruginous, so please bring drinking water with you, it is fine for cooking.
And please do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet, there is an extra rubbish bin for this.
