We have designed the holiday apartment to be barrier-free. It consists of a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a fireplace, a dining area, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you have direct access to the south-facing sun terrace. The spacious bedroom with a large box-spring bed has direct access to the walk-in shower room and offers a restful sleep accompanied by the sound of the sea. A second sleeping area for two people is located in the living room on the high-quality sofa bed with a mattress and built-in slatted frame. The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower. Further amenities such as our sauna area, washer/dryer, and on-site bicycle and stand-up paddleboard rental can be found in our beach villa Miramare in the main building, right next to the Seeperle beach house.
