The apartment is located on the first floor of a former farmhouse. In addition to the master bedroom with a double bed, there is a second bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.20 m x 2.00 m) and an additional washbasin, as well as a children's room with a cot and a second pull-out bed. The apartment also features a hallway, a spacious entrance area with a wardrobe, a dining room, a new kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer. There is a separate toilet. Ample space surrounds the house with a swing and barbecue facilities.
