We purchased Haus Wattenmeer in 2012 because of its fantastic location directly on the Wadden Sea and completely renovated and refurnished it over six months with considerable effort. The ground floor comprises a 35m² living room with panoramic windows overlooking the Wadden Sea, an open-plan modern kitchen, and a guest WC. An elegant designer marble staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms with views of the sea or the dunes, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower, two sinks, and a separate WC. We also redesigned the garden with large sun terraces in front of and behind the house. A highlight is the sauna with a view of the Wadden Sea. Our house was once again awarded 5 stars***** by the German Tourism Association in September 2022. The 2019 classification report stated: Beautiful location! Everything perfect! A dream house! Unobstructed view of the Wadden Sea. Very well-maintained rooms. Well-equipped kitchen.
