Unser 3 Sterne Familienfreundliches Gästehaus ist in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Wohnzimmer mit getrennten Schlafbereich, TV, Internetanschluss, Küche, Flur, WC mit Dusche. Die Wohnung hat eigenen Autostellplatz, Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Das Haus hat einen kleinen Zoo. Haustiere nach Absprache. Zum Europa-Park sind es 7-10 Gehminuten.Nach Ihrem Wusch bieten wir Ihnen ein Frühstück an, Erwachsene 12 Euro und Kinder bis 12 Jahre 9 Euro. Das Frühstück wird nach Ihr wusch gerichtet und in der Wohnung ( Küche) serviert.

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett  TV, Internet  Küche , Flur, Bad/WC mit Badewanne, Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen das Frühstück für 12 Euro pro Erwachsene, Kinder bis 15 Jahre 9 Euro

• Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und getränten Schlafbereich, TV, Internetanschluss, Küche , Flur, Bad/WC mit Dusche, Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen das Frühstück für 12 Euro pro Erwachsenen und für Kinder bis 12 Jahre 9 Euro an.

Kann dein Vermieter, und diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist absolut sauber. In der Wohnung ist absolut überhaupt nichts zu hören, diese Wohnung ist in sehr ruhigen Lage. Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, mit viel Liebe zusammengestellt und absolut zu empfehlen. Wir wurden vom Bahnhof abgeholt. Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinem Sohn hier. Wir kommen wieder und können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiter empfehlen!

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, er hat uns am 3. Tag mit dem Auto aus Ringsheim abgeholt, weil der letzte Bus schon weg war. Aber das Objekt hat anders ausgesehen, als wir uns nach den Fotos vorgestellt hatten. Es handelt sich um einen ausgebauten Kellerraum. Um zum Kellerabgang zu gelangen, muss man vorher noch durch die Garage gehen. Wir waren zu fünft, und für diese Gruppengröße war die Wohnung nicht geeignet, da es nur einen einzigen Raum zum Schlafen gibt. Es ist zwar eine Schiebe-Trennwand vorhanden, um den hinteren Teil des Raumes als Nische abzutrennen. Der vordere Teil des Raumes hat zwei Fenster, ist dann aber ein Durchgangszimmer, weil man anders nicht in den Nischenbereich kommt. Der abgetrennte Nischenbereich hat KEIN Fenster (!!!). Dementsprechend wird in diesem Bereich mit niedriger Decke die Luft bald abgestanden. In der Anzeige muss DRINGEND auf die Kellerlage, das fehlende Fenster im Nischenbereich und die Durchgangslage des vorderen Bereichs des Raumes, vor der Schiebetür, hingewiesen werden. Unter den aktuellen Umständen können hier nicht mehr als 2 bis 3 Gäste bequem übernachten. In der Anzeige sind aber 6 Schlafplätze angegeben. Wie ich verstanden habe, vermietet die Familie Schwien noch eine weitere Ferienwohnung auf demselben Grundstück. Die haben wir nicht gesehen. Möglicherweise ist das kein Kellerraum.

Super netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber! Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, zum Europapark 10 bis max 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Neuwertig ausgestattet , sauber und genug Platz für 5 bis 6 Personen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Parkplatz vor der Türe! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir waren im Europa Park der 10 Min fussweg entfernt war. Das Rulantica war mit dem auto auch nur 5 min entfernt. Zu fuss war alles was man brauchte in der nähe, Restaurants, bäckerei und ein Edeka :) Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Super netter Vermieter. Unterkunft ist für eine Familie ideal. Sehr große Ferienwohnung und nicht weit weg vom Haupteingang. Positiv ist auch, dass wir unser Auto auch am Abreisetag dort parken durften.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super leckerem Frühstück in Laufweite zum Europapark! Wir konnten unser Auto schon vor dem Besuch im Europapark dort abstellen und am Abreisetag bis abends stehen lassen. Wir fanden in der Wohnung gemütliche Betten, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein modernes Badezimmer.

Die Unterkunft war super. Die Vermieter waren sehr sehr freundlich, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Und die Ausstattung war perfekt -- Gruppe mit 4 Erwachsenen (2 Schlafzimmer). Das Frühstück war auch super. Ein perfektes Wochenende! Die Entfernung zum Europapark beträgt zu Fuß etwa 10 Min.

Alles war sehr Sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Besonders gut hat uns auch gefallen das man direkt am Hotel Colosseo war wo man Abend schön hin gehen konnte. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.
