In this ground-floor apartment, the terrace is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. Here you can enjoy the warmer months in a sheltered spot. A comfortable seating area dominates the living room and is complemented by a custom-made breakfast bar that serves as a dining area adjacent to the kitchen. (Balcony/terrace furniture is available from mid-April to mid-October.) A cleaning starter kit is available for an additional EURO4.50: 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge, 3 dishwasher tablets, 1 x 30 ml dish soap, 1 garbage bag. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished and of very high quality. A private parking space is available, but it is not suitable for wide vehicles.
