The spacious and comfortably furnished apartment is located on the top floor of a beautiful, former farmhouse with views of the lake (approx. 1 km away), Andechs Monastery, and the Alps. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. It features two bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a generous living/dining room (32 sq m), and a new designer bathroom. The apartment is situated at the northern entrance to the traditional fishing and health resort of Utting am Ammersee. A supermarket with a bakery nearby ensures convenient shopping. Due to its location on the main village street and its proximity to the supermarket (a benefit you will soon appreciate), the balcony can sometimes be a bit noisy and lively during the day. However, a short 200-meter walk to the west will take you amidst meadows and forests, crisscrossed by extensive cycling and hiking trails.
