This is a light and spacious two-room apartment. The living space of around 60m² is spread over two floors, the ground floor and a basement. It has a three.bed room (a double bed and a single supplementary bed), a bathroom with a shower, WC and hairdryer, a big living and dining room with a double sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen with tableware and cookware, a fridge with a freezer compartment. There is also a laundry room for hanging up laundry. The apartment also provides independent heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, and fly screens in the windows. In the outdoor area there is a little furnished veranda with lighting, looking out over the green interior courtyard. It is an ideal place to relax or to dine outdoors. A car parking space is also provided.
