Flat for 6 people (maximum 5 adults) in a characteristic Maremma farmhouse in the countryside, a few steps from the beach. The flat is on the first floor, accessible by an external staircase. Ideal for those who love nature and quiet holidays. The flat is for exclusive use and has an independent entrance. The farmhouse in total consists of two flats. Large shared outdoor area and private part with table and chairs for eating outside. Apartment furnished in a simple way, consisting of two bedrooms, living area with table and sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning. In the large outdoor area there is a car parking space. Private porch area for eating outside. Barbecue. Kitchen equipped with pots and pans and plates.. There are no tablecloths and napkins. The farmhouse is located outside a built-up area, so it is advisable to have a car for moving around. Guests can have access to the whole property. The flat is for exclusive use. At the time of check in it is possible to request a wi fi mobile device for stays from 1 May to 30 September. Deposit will be requested. Dogs are NOT allowed. The outdoor space is shared with another flat and not fenced.
