This 55 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor and is designed for three persons. The spacious flat is equipped with a large kitchen with cooker, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils for four people and also a dishwasher. In front of the kitchen is a large rustic dining table with four chairs; the ideal place to have breakfast, eat and make plans. Behind is the sleeping area with a double bed (165 x 190 cm), which can be separated from the rest of the room by two heavy curtains for more privacy. On the wall behind the dining area is a sofa bed (155 x 185 cm) for another adult or child. The modern bathroom is brightly tiled and has a shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror. The studio is air-conditioned, the use of which is subject to a charge, and small table fans are also available.
French doors lead to the private outdoor seating area, furnished with a table, garden chairs and parasol, perfect for relaxing.
