This cottage is located in a rural area between Lucca und Pisa, close to the village of Buti. The surroundings of the house are rich of olive trees and vineyards and the house has wonderful views onto the nearby hills. „Al Vecchio Pozzo“ is attached on the back to another property. It has its own spacious and completely fenced garden (partly with mesh wire, stone wall and fence). A private, in-ground pool (10 x 5m, depth from 1.20 -1.60m) will offer you the chance of having pleasant swims. The pool is equipped with garden furniture (sun-lounges, sun umbrella and external shower).Parking within the grounds.„Al Vecchio Pozzo“ lies in a perfect position: It has an ideal exposure to the sun, it lies on the countryside but at the same time is within easy reach of restaurants and groceries (about 500m), which can be easily reached on foot.
