Welcome to this splendid apartment in a strategic position in Cagliari. It is the ideal place for a family of three or a small group of friends who want to discover the city and the wonderful Sardinia. The apartment is located above the train station, so that you can be in the center and at the same time get out of the city easily. We are in the Stampace district, one of the oldest in the city, dating back to the Roman period. Although the apartment is next to the station you can't hear any noise. The apartment has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is extremely quiet, this is because there are only 3 houses in the building and because the soundproofed windows make the presence of daily trains completely harmless. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a well-equipped kitchen where you will find sweet and savory snacks, hot and cold drinks, a small selection of cereals and a taste of homemade limoncello! Although the apartment is located in the city center, there are never too many difficulties in finding parking.
