This holiday complex in Umbria is 7km from Lake Trasimeno, and comprises eleven holiday apartments, all of which are fully-equipped and furnished and provide all the necessary comfort. Each has a different colour scheme and size. 45m² studio for three people The studio is on the first floor of the third house. The generous studio has a double bed and a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen area with a dining corner is equipped with a four-ring hob, a coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, a toaster and a fridge. The bathroom provides a shower and bidet.
The complex consists of three houses. The first house has a holiday apartment and a “Kids’ House” especially for children. The second house consists of four holiday apartments: two on the ground floor, one on the first floor and one spanning both floors. This house also has a laundry room. The third house has two holiday apartments on the ground floor and four on the first floor. All apartments have wireless Internet access.
This place provides many ways to relax and enjoy your time, as well as sports and exercise. You can go on walks and trips, visit monuments, nature reserves, cultural cities and sites, visit typical regional restaurants etc. The holiday complex is suitable for a range of events, such as christenings, weddings, New Year’s Eve celebrations or business gathering. In the area you can visit a golf club, go on a cycle ride or on a horse riding excursion, or relax in the thermal baths at San Casciano dei Bagni. You can find sport centres in the area and can enjoy a range of Italian wines at wine cellars and wine shops.
To the rear of the house there is a shared area for spending leisure time outdoors. There is a pool for the use of all guests, with parasols and deckchairs around it, and to the rear of the site there is a shared area with a barbecue, hammock, table tennis table and eight tables. Table football and play equipment are provided for children. Private parking space is available. The property is freely accessible and not fenced. The property is surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy direct contact with nature. The owners contribute to protecting the environment and separate rubbish, use LED lights and save water.
