This flat is about 45 square metres of living space for a maximum of 3 persons and is composed as follows: Living room-kitchen with kitchenette and sofa, with the possibility of adding a single bed in the living room, one double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed. Castellina Marittima (350m) is one of the villages with the most beautiful sea view in Tuscany.

Within a radius of 1 hour's drive are the maritime cities of Pisa and Livorno (1/2 hour), the cultural metropolis of Florence (1 hour), the ancient Borgo of Lucca with its beautiful historic centre (1 hour), the wine village of Bolgheri (20 min), the alabaster city of Volterra (3/4 hour), the Etruscan city of Populonia and the famous tower of San Gimignano, Siena, etc. They are among the most popular destinations for a day trip. A trip to Rome is worthwhile. The Eternal City can be reached in 2.5 hours by car.
Worth mentioning is the proximity to the Lama Tzong Khapa Buddhist Institute in Pomaia just 5 km away, the most important Buddhist centre in Europe.
