Description

This holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the heart of the historic centre of Corciano. The house is located directly on the walls of the old town, away from the street and surrounded by picturesque scenery. Protected from prying eyes, the house is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

The holiday home is surrounded on three sides by a terraced, partly paved garden. The garden offers a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding hills and is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a table and two sun loungers. There are a few shady spots in the garden.

The living space extends over two levels. On the ground floor (approx. 40 m²) there is a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed for two persons, a dining table and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas cooker, kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. There is also a small guest bathroom and a storage room on the ground floor. On the first floor (approx. 40 m²), reached via an old, narrow and somewhat steep staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a study with desk and a bathroom with shower. It is possible to add a folding bed in the bedroom or study. The stone interior walls on the ground and first floor create a cosy atmosphere. The terracotta tiles on the ground floor were made by hand.

The streets in the historic city centre are narrow, but still easily accessible by car. The holiday home is an ideal starting point for excursions. Visit, for example, Perugia, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Umbria, Rome, Florence, Siena and Cortona. There are numerous cultural, food and wine and musical events in the area, such as Agosto Corcianese, Trasimeno Music Festival, Festival dei Due Mondi-Spoleto, Umbria Jazz-Perugia, Festival Internazionale Giovani Concertisti-Castelrigone, Trasimeno Blues-Comuni del Lago Trasimeno, Sagra Musicale Umbra-Perugia, Cantine Aperte, Eurochocolate. There are also restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.
