Description
The approx. 100 m² holiday flat is a one-storey building and has one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (each 80 cm x 190 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living area is equipped with a fireplace, TV (satellite) and a sofa bed (130 cm x 180 cm) on which two children can sleep, as well as a dining area and a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer.
The outdoor patio, for exclusive use, with a gazebo table and chairs and a sofa is a comfortable and charming space with a view sweeping from the sea to the lake and the hills.
Casa Cecilia is part of an ancient hamlet dating back to the 1600s that includes, in addition to the main villa, two other guest annexes.
Inside the estate there is a vast olive grove and a swimming pool, shared with the guests of the other two dependances.
