Immersed in the heart of Tuscany, a few steps from the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona (500 meters), this villa is the ideal place where you can live an unforgettable experience. The villa enjoys one of the most beautiful views of the hills of Cortona, thanks to its strategic position it looks over the ValdiChiana, Cortona, Sant'Egidio and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova, a masterpiece of architecture and charm, in a gyroscopic manner. The villa is situated in a private location, far from traffic noise, and lies in a scenario where the green, the olive trees and the typical terraces of this particular hilly cone create a place of rare beauty and strong visual impact. The property was recently restored by the owners, who, in accordance with the topography of the area, used mainly ecological and recycling material, creating a modern and comfortable space which is fully integrated in the surrounding landscape. The structure consists of a building made entirely of stone, which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Immersed in the beautiful garden, it puts at your disposal all indoor and outdoor areas. You will have at your disposal a modern making, beautiful infinity pool overlooking Sant'Egidio and the incredible Monastery of the Capuccini. Also here the space around the pool is equipped with sun beds and pergola with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the colors and scents of the Tuscan countryside . The villa, developing on three floors connected by an internal staircase but also reachable by external accesses of the property has 4 double bedrooms, of which each is designed to meet your wellbeing thanks to the bathrooms equipped with "Wellness & Comfort". On the ground floor you will have access to the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, from which you can exit directly to the infinity pool. On the ground floor you will find the first of the four bedroom suites, equipped with bathroom with Jacuzzi shower and chromotherapy.
