External Area and Swimming Pool The villa boasts a 20000 sq. m. park, mostly in the English garden style, with large trees and a huge ancient magnolia. The pool is by the house, reachable via a short staircase. The pool is rectangular-shaped, 14 metres by 7 and 1.2-2.7 metres deep, perfect for children and adults alike. All around the pool is a paved bathing area, with tables, umbrellas, chairs and sunbeds. You will also find a small changing cubicle and an outdoor shower. The area in front of the house has tables, chairs and a portable barbecue perfect for outdoor meals. Parking in the property.Interior The villa has been owned by many noble families from Pisa and has been frequently restored, the last restoration dating back to the 1700s. The precious antique furniture and carpets will make you feel like you’ve gone back in time!
