The area was lakefront and, as it benefited from an extraordinary view, he decided to build his own home there. The ground floor was dedicated to cellars and wine production, while on the upper floors he realised the dream of living in a stunning place and creating a large family. The photograph of the 1930s building is visible in the gallery. The renovation of the property, completed in 2021, maintained, as much as possible, the original construction. There are fine marble stairs, wrought iron railings, windows with fine and coloured glass, and attic ceilings frescoed by artists of the time. It has three bedrooms, arranged as follows: master suite with en-suite bathroom and comfortable King size bed (180 x 200 cm), room with single bed (200 x 120 cm), third single room (200 x 100 cm). In all rooms, a high-quality Topper is present on the bed mattresses. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving sleep quality and making the bed even more welcoming. LUIGI VISCONTI offers excellent accommodation for four people, to which, if desired, two more guests can be added by using the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. At the entrance, we find the living room with the dining room, the balcony with a unique lake view, and, next to it, the kitchen in a separate room, complete with the latest generation appliances, with an induction hob. Under the stairs, we find a service bathroom with washer and dryer. We go up to the upper floor and discover the sleeping area, previously described.
