This 3-bedroom holiday home in Fano for a family or a group of 7 guests is a typical home of the Adriatic area. You have the peace and privacy of the green rolling hills of Le Marche, with the comforts of the nearby cities and your passion for the sea at 3 km. It has a fenced and furnished garden for relaxing and a table tennis table and a boules court for some adrenaline rush. Novilara village is also close by and you can catch a glimpse of the same from your garden. The cities of Pesaro and Fano are just a few km away where numerous events take place during summers. Enjoy an aperitif on the pier and a fish dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants in the area and then enjoy an evening with music at the beach. The property is fully-fenced with a beautiful park with pine trees, oak trees, patches of strawberries and century-old olive trees. Guests will have at their disposal brick built-in barbecue, sofas, table and chairs outside. Fano Airport is 8 km away.

    Ik had een geweldige ervaring in het rustige plattelandshuis, De locatie was ideaal voor mijn zakelijke vergaderingen in Pesaro, met een kalme en privé sfeer voor ontspanning, Het pand is goed onderhouden en het huis is volledig uitgerust, Zelfs al was ik alleen, er was voldoende ruimte voor een grotere groep, De keuken had alles wat ik nodig had, en de netheid van het huis was indrukwekkend, De eigenaar was zeer communicatief en attent tijdens mijn verblijf, Hoewel Iris de naam is van het bureau dat het pand beheert, kan ik deze plek ten zeerste aanbevelen als je op zoek bent naar een landelijke ontsnapping, Een van de beste aspecten waren de talrijke mooie wandelpaden in de omgeving, wat het ook perfect maakt voor fietsen, Wees gewoon voorzichtig op de toegangswegen, aangezien deze vrij smal zijn, en het is belangrijk om voorzichtig te zijn bij het navigeren langs andere voertuigen voor ongeveer 1 km van de hoofdweg naar het huis

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Urlaub war von der Anreise bis zur Abreise super. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und das Grundstück wunderschön angelegt. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Pesaro und Fano sind nicht weit weg und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

    I had a wonderful experience at the tranquil countryside house, The location was perfect for my business meetings in Pesaro and provided a peaceful environment for relaxation, The grounds were well-maintained and the house had all the necessary amenities, Although I was alone, there was ample space for a larger group, The kitchen was fully stocked and the house was spotless, The owner was very communicative throughout my stay, Iris is simply the name of the agency managing the property, Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this property if you're seeking a rural getaway, The scenic walking paths in the vicinity were a particular highlight, and it would also serve as a great base for cycling, Just a note of caution, the access roads to the property are quite narrow, It's important to drive carefully and be ready to navigate around oncoming traffic for about 1km from the main road to the house
