Flat centro zona Vittoriale Apartment on the first floor of a building in a characteristic street in the centre of Gardone Riviera, a few steps from the Vittoriale. Internally the apartment consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.
The flat is situated on the first floor of a two-storey building and consists of a living room, kitchen, a large double bedroom, a room with a single/double bed and a bathroom with shower. From the windows of the bedroom and the living room you can see the lake. Possibility for guests to use a washing machine located in a room on the ground floor of the same building where the flat is located; this space is shared in use with another flat.
The elegant historical centre of Gardone offers an oasis of tranquillity immersed in a unique atmosphere thanks to its architectural features that make it one of the most beautiful and characteristic villages in our country. A short walk from the flat is the Vittoriale degli Italiani.
The centre of the village is equipped with all services, lovely shops and characteristic bars/restaurants. Crossing the beautiful and well-kept gardens it is possible to reach in a few minutes walk the lakefront of Gardone where you can find several clubs and shops, the beaches as well as a beautiful promenade. Starting from Gardone it is possible to visit all of Lake Garda comfortably either by car, by bicycle or on foot through the many suggestive marked paths. Furthermore, from the port of Toscolano Maderno, which is only a few kilometres away, you can take the ferry to reach all the towns on the lake by water. If you want to relax, you can choose from the many spas in the area.
The house can be reached by car. The guest will be required to pay the tourist tax for each guest aged 16 years or older, excluding the exemptions provided for in the municipality's regulations. This must be paid to the host during the stay.
