The approximately 30m² studio apartment is located in the well-maintained Borgoverde residence, just 1.2km from the sea and beach. The complex is located above Porto Maurizio on a hill with stunning panoramic views and is surrounded by a spacious park with a centuries-old olive grove – perfect for a relaxing holiday on the Italian Riviera. The studio can accommodate up to 4 people and is conveniently laid out: a double bed and a sofa bed for two are visually separated from the living area by a 150cm-high wardrobe. Further amenities include an open-plan kitchen with a kettle, stovetop, and refrigerator, a living area with a TV and seating area, and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The apartment includes a furnished terrace, ideal for outdoor dining. A shared swimming pool (14x7m, open from June to the beginning of September) is available to guests on the premises. Parking is available, as is a laundry package, which is included in the price. The charming old town of Porto Maurizio, as well as numerous restaurants and shops, are just 800 meters away – or a 5-minute walk away.
