This 1-bedroom holiday home in Lazise features a shared swimming pool to take a dip and is ideal for a family or group of 4. Set amidst peaceful surroundings, the home is close to the lake. The complex and the surrounding area: Between 1999 and 2001, a new residential area was built for permanent residence, but with several beautiful pools, in a very individual architectural style. The location is quiet but central, only 800 m from the lake and from the old town walls of Lazise, reachable on foot in a few minutes. In the village (Lazise), there are several shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. The center is 5 minutes away (on foot). Gardaland (Italy's largest amusement park) is less than 10 10-minute drive away. Verona is 30 minutes away, Venice is 1.5 hours away, and Milan is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. Each residential unit has its own garage or parking space. Because the apartments are in different parts of the complex and therefore do not all use the same swimming pool, these apartments are not suitable for large families and groups of young people. Despite the size, it is a quiet area.

Tips from owner:
Attention: the swimming pool may not be used between 13.00 and 15.00 oclock. Clients are only allowed to use the pool if they wear a swimming cap. It is not allowed to take inflatable objects to the pool, like airbeds.
