Lignano - the well-kept and elegant seaside resort with its three districts Sabbiadoro, Pineta and Riviera is located on a green peninsula between Venice and Trieste. Behind the 9 km long fine sandy beach, up to 100 m wide, there is a 250 hectare pine belt with beautiful parks.
