Located between Sàrperi cottage and Acque cottage, and characterized by a small terrace enclosed between two low walls on which it is comfortable to sit in the shade of the olive tree, Il Simoncini Alto is the third house overlooking the Gello square.
From the terrace you enter the living room which passes through the entire width of the house equipped with a large fireplace equipped with masonry stoves once used for cooking, in front of which there is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. From the living room you enter directly into a kitchen of the same size organized with the usual worktop in Carrara marble, and with a dining table that can seat up to eight people.
Through a hallway you reach a full bathroom with forced ventilation and shower, and a room with a window facing north towards the olive grove, furnished with a curved iron double bed.
A door on the opposite side of the hallway brings to a single bedroom with a small desk overlooking the old olive tree and a full private bathroom with tub.
