The Villa degli Oleandri stands in a higher position in the garden than the other houses in the residence and enjoys a splendid view of the hills and the medieval town of Ostra.

Completely restored with original ancient materials, the architecture of the old local houses has been maintained. Going out you can then immerse yourself in the large garden, full of flowers and aromatic plants, with their intense scents and enjoy the private swimming pool for a regenerated dip.

Composed of a large living room, the kitchen and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, the house can accommodate up to seven people. In the lounge, in fact, there is a double sofa bed, and it is possible to add an additional bed.

If you love walking, you can also walk to the ancient village of Ostra, which is about 1500 meters away, and shop in the small local supermarket. In the surroundings, there are numerous places where you can buy fresh vegetables and local products.
