Description
Your accommodation is half of a duplex house and stands on a 2000m² plot of land, with its own separate entrance. Your private house provides 100m², it is only the laundry room that has to be shared with guests staying in the other half of the house. Natural stone country house in an original style, on a very large plot of land, built in 2006, with a high level of comfort, in a very quiet location and with a wonderful view of the landscape
On the ground floor there are the entrance, the kitchen, the dining room, the conservatory and the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, stove, barbecue, extractor fan, Nespresso machine, glasses, tableware, coffee machine, tea pot, kettle, toaster etc. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed, which can be used as a comfortable bed for one person or for two people when pulled out (width for sleeping 180cm). In the dining room there is beautiful and stylish wooden furniture, including a large table with six chairs and a bench. There is also an open fireplace. In the conservatory you can find a comfortable sofa and a table with armchairs. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200cm). In one of the bedrooms there is a further futon bed, which a child can sleep on. The bathroom has a bath, a large washbasin, WC and bidet. The house features beautiful terracotta tiles. There is gas heating, with radiators in every room.
The conservatory provides access to the large terrace, which is for this apartment only. There you can find garden furniture, a large parasol, two sun loungers, folding chairs and another small dining table for four people. The house is surrounded by a 2000m² fenced plot of land with a lawn area, with a wonderful view of vineyards, sunflower fields and olive groves. Parking space is available.
Note that the house can only be accessed via a gravel track. It stands virtually alone, with just one neighbouring house.
Ostra is just 1.5km away, which has a good restaurant and a public swimming pool. It is just 16km or 20 minutes by car to the seaside at Senigallia, with its sandy beaches stretching for kilometres and its tourist amenities. Jesi – the birthplace of Emperor Frederick II – is just 17km away. Fano, Urbino and other beautiful places are easily accessible by car. The original Italy with the spirit of the “good old days” can be experienced in the narrow alleyways of the many small villages and towns on the surrounding hills. The nearest golf course, Golfclub Conero Sirolo (Via Betellico 6, motorway exit Ancona Sud), is near Ancona by the Monte Conero nature reserve. It is open all year round and has 18 + 9 holes, Greenfee applies.
