On the back of the villa there is a private swimming pool for your exclusive use.
A spacious garage for two cars completes the property. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
Padenghe offers a fabulous harbour surrounded by the beach, and a pedestrian promenade leading to Moniga del Garda.
In the centre of the village there are grocery stores, bars, a bakery, ice-cream shops.
For a trip by car, Padenghe is an ideal starting point to reach Salò, Desenzano and to the famous theme parks of the lake such as Gardaland, Caneva, Cavour.
No neighbours, no noise, the right place to stop the clock and enjoy "your" holiday.
