Two-storey apartment, located on the second floor of a historic residence in a hilltop village of Etruscan origin, near the main art cities of the Region, the sea and the lake with an equipped beach.
The living room with an open kitchen area (including gas cooker fridge with freezer compartment, microwave) and a dining space measures 20m² . Two windows offer a panoramic view of the surroundings.
