Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. It is reaaly a hiker's paradise: you can walk all day long without meeting a soul. As you may have already imagined, the only sounds you'll hear in Pascoso are dogs barking and townsfolk chatting. Quiet reigns through the mountainside. The area is ideal for hiking, horseback riding (there are two barns where you can rent horses). However, there are 2 restaurants and a general store, where you can buy food and every you need for the house and it is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc.,) and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio,which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far.
