House:
This characteristic 2-bedroom holiday home is situated in the countryside and offers a beautiful terrace and a garden with barbecue Lake Garda (Lazise) is only 5 minutes away by car. The picturesque province of Verona (22 km east) and Monte Baldo (34 km north) are two picturesque destinations only a few minutes' drive away. In the surroundings you will also find typical restaurants and all amenities, The nearest airport is Valerio Catullo di Sommacampagna, which is 15 km from the holiday home. Final cleaning also includes gardening service. Before arrival please specify whether you want a double bed or 2 singles. The house keys are kept in a key box. The owner will provide the access code only after receiving the guest's telephone number and documents (photo or scanned ID documents of the occupants are required for registration at police headquarters). In order to avoid unnecessary waiting time at the holiday home, please inform the manager in time of your expected arrival time between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Cosy holiday home in Pastrengo, in the province of Verona, a few steps from the Lake of Garda. The pretty town of Pastrengo is in the first inland of the Lake of Garda, in a hilly and ventilated area. This sunny house is located in a very quiet location; it is very well maintained, and the owners take great care of it. The house consists of two floors: the ground floor where you’ll find the living area, while the sleeping area is on the first floor. There are 2 bedrooms where up to 5 people can sleep in (2 additional beds might be added) and a big bathroom. There is a large eat-in kitchen. The rooms are very spacious, the furniture is functional and it meets all the requirements, while some antiques décor the interiors . The outdoor spaces are very comfortable too: a large garden where you can relax comfortably reading a book or sunbathe, a porch (with a table, chairs and a barbecue that you can use freely), and a pergola with wrought iron table and chairs. This house is ideal if you plan a relaxing holiday, if you wish to do some sport or to go for typical culinary experiences. The location is strategic for your displacements (by car): the Garda Lake (Lazise) is only 5 minutes away; in 15 minutes you might reach Verona and the famous Valpolicella valley, best renowned for its wines; the Monte Baldo lies also nearby. If you are up for a pleasant day trip by train, you might want to head to Venice, which is just one and a half hours away. --------------------- WiFi: please be informed that at the shopping mall and food court “Grandaffi” the WiFi connection is available for free.
