Description
The flat is on the third floor of an elegant six-storey building with a large glazed lift, located in the centre of Rapallo, along the main street that connects the sea with the hinterland, a few steps from the sea.
The living room gives access to a large south-facing balcony while the bedroom (which overlooks an internal courtyard, a guarantee of tranquillity at night) and kitchen are connected by an even longer east-facing balcony.
The flat has a surface area of about 70 square metres with an exposure on three sides that allows considerable light throughout the day and pleasant ventilation even on the hottest days. A large entrance hall leads to a long corridor through which one enters a bathroom, equipped with a window and a crystal shower box, a bedroom with two twin beds, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, a kitchen equipped for five people, with a refrigerator and freezer, a gas cooker and an electric oven, and a living room with an elegant solid wood table, a double sofa bed, an armchair bed and a television.
At the foot of the building there are numerous shops, grocery shops and local food shops (including the fabulous focaccia ligure and focaccia al formaggio di Recco) and 100 metres away there are two small supermarkets. In front of the building is the bus stop for small buses to Santa Margherita and Portofino and the Montallegro sanctuary. The beaches are easy to reach on foot in about 10 minutes, and by bus it is very convenient to reach the towns adjacent to Rapallo, particularly Portofino. The motorway exit is 1.2 km away, while the seafront is 700 metres away.
