This elegant flat is located in a quiet area, not far from the lively centre of Rapallo, in a small residential complex. The Mediterranean park 'Parco Casale' is only a five-minute walk away and the seafront promenade is only a seven-minute walk away. The residential complex is situated on a small green area. Behind the house, a small hiking trail leads through the Ligurian vegetation to the hills above Rapallo. The flat has a beautiful and spacious living/dining room with large windows onto the balcony, two large bedrooms and a children's room. The master bedroom has a 180 cm wide double bed, while the second bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed (1.60 m wide). In the children's room there is a bunk bed that sleeps two. The living room and the master bedroom are located above the beautiful garden with lush vegetation. The two bathrooms have been tastefully renovated and are equipped with bath or shower and WC. Bed linen, bath towels, a hairdryer and toiletries are included. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher. Of course, fast internet access is also available in the flat.
For your convenience, close to the flat you will find a bar and a pizzeria, as well as a grocery shop where you can buy everything you need for cooking. Here you can buy Ligurian focaccia and prosciutto. The beautiful 'Parco Casale' park is just a few minutes' walk away. There you can take a walk, relax, play miniature golf or enjoy the fantastic view of Portofino. The sea with bathing establishments and beaches is only 300 metres away. In about ten minutes on foot you can reach numerous restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars and shops. Rapallo's historic centre is only 500 metres away. It is also possible to arrive by train. The train station is about a quarter of an hour away on foot. You can reach the golf course by bus. In the evening, you can stroll along the promenade under the palm trees or attend free concerts in the summer. The famous seaside resort of Rapallo is very crowded during the high season. From Rapallo there are bus connections to Chiavari, Portovenere, Santa Margherita and also boat trips to the Cinque Terre.
