Set within a private, partially fenced garden, the home offers beautiful outdoor areas including a large terrace, sun loungers, patio, and barbecue ideal for al fresco dining or soaking in the sun. Inside, the ground floor features a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas hob, grill-oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The cozy living nad dining room includes a digital TV, fireplace, and wood stove, along with a bathroom that has a bathtub with shower. A bright veranda adds to the charm and comfort of this villa. Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, accessible via an interconnecting room. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is along the public road and about 5 minutes from the house. From here you can walk to the bus stop in 15 minutes. or you can take the old stairs, in 30 minutes you walk down the hill and into the city. By car you reach the city center in 8 minutes where you can find: the train station, the ferry for boat trips to the Cinque Terre, Portofino and San Fruttuoso with the famous abbey. The old castle is worth a visit Along the seaside, Via Mazzini, the shopping street and where you can also taste a good coffee or an excellent piece of Ligurian Focaccia.
