In a strategic position ten minutes drive from the downtown of Ravenna, the seaside and the main tourist attractions, there is the La Casina holiday home. Ideal for: - visit the city and enjoy the sea - an accommodation away from chaos and traffic - business travel La Casina is composed by the living room with the kitchen (full equipped), a double room (matress size 160 x 200 cm), a single room (matress size 90 x 200 cm) and the bathroom (with shower). All the rooms of the apartment have the view on one of the two gardens inside the property. The apartment is located on the ground floor with independent entrance, private parking inside the propriety and armored door. La Casina has a small metrature (more or less 60 mq) but it is very comfortable with optimized spaces and essential style. Both gardens are accessible to guests and you can spend relaxing moments. The optimal position of the accomodation allows you to always have a garden in the sun and one in the shade depending on the hours of the day. The Casina is easily reached through the main roads. The entrance is on the ground floor and is accessed directly from the road through an indepdent gate. The car park is private and remains inside the property. The front door is armored. Breakfast is not included but there are several bars nearby (the first bar is few minutes walk from the house). Bus stop: a couple minutes walk from La Casina. From here you can reach the downtown of Ravenna, the seaside and the train station (autobus Line 1). From / to Train station: bus (Line 1) in the daytime, in the evening you need to catch the taxi.
