The property is located in Recco a charming seaside town located in the Liguria region of Italy, situated along the Italian Riviera between Genoa and Camogli. The town has several beaches including, Spiaggia di Recco (a 2-minute drive / an 11-minute walk) and enjoys amenities including beach clubs, restaurants and water sport rentals. There are also several restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the accommodation.

Visitors can also explore the colourful fishing village of Camogli (a 4-minute drive), the beautiful beaches of Rapallo (an 18-minute drive) and the iconic harbour at Portofino (a 26-minute drive) each offering its own unique charm.

The closest international airport to the accommodation is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA) a 35-minute drive away
