The apartment Federica is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. The apartment of 100 sqm is located on the first and second floor of one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter swimming pool which all guests can enjoy.

Allocated outside table and chairs are positioned conveniently at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the apartment.Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.

This newly renovated 100 m2 apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floor of one of the main buildings is presented with traditional Tuscan furnishings with modern bathrooms and a convenient open-plan kitchen. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
