Description
The 120 sqm apartment Pittore is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. The apartment of 100 sqm is located on the first and second floor of one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter swimming pool which all guests can enjoy.
In the shared interior courtyard there are a table and chairs available for use by guests at the holiday apartment. Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory.In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.
The holiday apartment is located in one of the 2 main buildings of the farmhouse. The apartment oozes rustic charm, owing to the wooden beams and the abundance of wooden furniture. The apartment comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, storage room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the living room there is a cosy and inviting seating corner with a sofa and armchairs in front of the fireplace for sociable evenings. There is ample space at the dining table for eight people to enjoy meals together. The open-plan kitchen includes an electric stove, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the other one with 2 single beds. The 3 bathrooms each have a shower and bidet. A washing machine is also provided, as well as digital television in the living room.
The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
