The apartment Marta is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. The apartment of 100 sqm is located on the first and second floor of one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter swimming pool which all guests can enjoy.

Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.

This newly renovated 125 m2 apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floor of one of the main buildings is presented with traditional Tuscan furnishings, modern bathrooms and a large terrace with outside table and chairs.
