Description
Villa dei Limoni is a cosy and spacious country house near Ripatransone, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, in the southern part of the Marche region.
This villa is located in a very private position nestled in the countryside, with wonderful views of the surrounding vineyards and olive tree groves.
From the villa you can easily reach the beaches of very fine sand of Cupra Marittima and, a few kilometres southern, those of Grottammare and San Bendetto del Tronto, characterized by a beautiful promenade lined with palm trees, chalet and restaurants.
In the surrounding area there are also historic towns such as Ripatransone, Offida, Moresco and Ascoli Piceno, where you can admire churches and ancient buildings enclosed by medieval walls.
This area is also renowned for the production of the fine wines Rosso Piceno DOC, Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC, Falerio dei Colli Ascolani DOC, which you can taste at many local wineries.
This villa is surrounded by a big garden with roses, fruit trees and big terracotta vases with citrus trees.
Its rooms are comfortable, furnished with antique furniture and attention to details with pictures and a huge collection of pottery.
The pool, provided with a whirlpool area in the pool access staircase, is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Near the pool there is a lounge area with wicker sofas and chairs shaded by a gazebo.
In the porch overlooking the pool there is a lovely lounge and a table for outdoor dining, with easy access to the kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are also 2 large terraces with tables, loungers and parasols, one of which is equipped with a table for comfortably outdoor dining thanks to the direct access to the further kitchen.
At disposal a convenient parking area with a 3-car canopy. The villa is on two floors.
The ground floor is composed of:
– a large porch overlooking the pool with lounge and table for outdoor dining, with easy access to the kitchen on the ground floor;
– an entry and a living area with armchairs and a single sofa bed available on request;
– a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, griddle, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker;
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower;
– a room with fitness equipment;
– a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
From the entry you access the first floor, which is composed of:
– a roomy living room with sofas and TV;
– a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, with direct access to the large terrace ideal for outdoor dining;
– a double bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace;
– a single bedroom;
– a bedroom with 2 single beds;
– a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to the terrace overlooking the pool;
– a bedroom with 2 single beds with access the terrace overlooking the pool;
– a bathroom with shower.
The first floor and the double bedroom on the ground floor are provided with air-conditioning.
The villa is provided with insect screens on windows.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
final cleaning € 250,00; small pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per week; heating consumption; extra bed (more than 11 people) € 180,00 per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00
