Located in the historic house of 1817, this two-bedroom apartment welcomes groups with up to 5 guests to have a delightful holiday with your dear pets. As you step inside, a well-furnished living space unfolds with the finest, contemporary interiors, featuring a smart TV, seamlessly connecting to a dining space with an open kitchen, equipped with modern amenities, from a dishwasher to a Mokka coffee machine, ensuring all culinary adventures are well-catered.

This holiday apartment has two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and another one with a bunk bed and a single sofa bed with an ensuite bathroom. It provides amenities such as air-conditioning and underfloor heating for pleasant year-round stays. There are additional facilities like free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and public parking available at guests’ disposal.

Please Note
Access to the property is by token and the lights are activated through the use of a magnetic card. Pets are allowed on request. However, guests cannot leave their pets behind during the day as they will have to take the card and there will be no light and air conditioning in the house.

This holiday apartment offers a fantastic location as it is next to the cycle-pedestrian path that runs along the river Mincio and connects Lake Garda with Mantua. A resort town, Peschiera del Garda, is at the southern tip of Lake Garda and is only a 15-minute drive away. Within a 15-20 minute drive, you can reach nearby lidos and beaches like Bergamini Beach and Spiaggia di Sojourn. Golf enthusiasts can find Golf Paradisetto and Parco Golf Paradiso del Garda, both under a 10-minute drive from the rental.

Meanwhile, for outdoor enthusiasts, there are hiking areas such as Ranch Le Colline and Gemelli, a 10-15 minute drive away. Guests can also plan a visit to Vittoriale degli Italiani, an hour’s drive, to explore its architecture and drive through the charming streets of Gardone Riviera. Also, a 30-minute drive to Sirmione, a medieval town, is a destination famous for its thermal baths. For your convenience, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk from your holiday rental. The nearest airports are Milan Bergamo Airport, approximately an hour’s drive and Valerio Catullo Airport, a 25-minute drive from the apartment.
