Villa La Veranda - holiday flat in Salò - Lake Garda Villa La Veranda is located in the panoramic area of Salò; it has two floors with a large garden with lawn and fruit trees. Your holiday flat is situated on the ground floor and covers an area of more than 120 square metres, with a large veranda. Outside there is a large garden of 600 square metres, a large swimming pool, a porch with a large 3-metre table and a gas BBQ and a private parking space.
Outside you can enjoy a large swimming pool, a large garden of approx. 600 square metres, entirely lawned and a dozen or so fruit trees, including cherries, peaches, pears, apples and plums. A large tiled and covered 4x4 m porch is at your disposal with a large 4 m table with benches and chairs for more than 12 persons. A modern gas BBQ is at the flat's disposal. A large laundry room, which includes a sink and washing machine, can be used on request.
SANITIZATION with OZONE (MD5 Motor Data). The flat covers an area of more than 120 square metres and includes: a large swimming pool, a large living veranda, a 20 square metre kitchen, a double bedroom with a large bed, a bathroom with shower, a large children's room of almost 30 square metres with three single beds and the possibility of adding a fourth extra bed. It also has a cot for small children that can be accommodated in the double bedroom and in the second bedroom. The flat is entirely on the ground floor, with no architectural barriers, only one step to the entrance and has underfloor heating throughout. The large kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a gas cooker and an electric oven, as well as a microwave oven and a water boiler. it includes everything you need for cooking and dining, such as plates, glasses, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, cups and tablecloths. it has a large table with chairs for 8 people and antique furniture-credentials. Bed linen and towels are provided in the flat. In the large veranda of approx. 40 square metres there are sofas for 10 persons, a table with rustic bench where 8 persons can sit and eat comfortably, a large 42" flat screen HD television complete with satellite decoder to pick up TV from various satellites including Astra and Hotbird. Internet is available free of charge with ADSL Wi-Fi throughout the area.
In the immediate vicinity you can find the sports area, with football, five-a-side football and tennis courts, and a large public indoor and outdoor swimming pool, open all year round. The public beach at the lake is only 800 metres away and can be used without payment. A large golf course is available in the surrounding area for golf enthusiasts, as well as numerous other beaches and tourist facilities. From the house there is easy access to a promenade of over 4 km on foot, which encircles the entire panorama route, and another, at the edge of the lake, of over 2 km.
La Veranda is approx. 30 m from the main road, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and the access road continues traffic-free through the village of Campoverde, to the centre of Salò, with no traffic problems and entirely walkable without the hassle of having to cross car traffic roads and easily reach the lake and the nearby sports centre.
