You are inside a villa consisting of three independent houses with private and reserved outdoor spaces. The first sandy beaches are a seven-minute drive away, "the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve". A wide range of masserie for regional culinary experiences is easily accessible within a few minutes' drive near Ostuni and Carovigno.

It is on the ground floor and is composed as follows:
1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, 1 bathroom with 1.80 m shower, 1 living/dining room with kitchen. Single foldaway bed on request to be added in the living room.

In the corridor, which separates the living and sleeping areas, you will have a built-in wardrobe at your disposal.

Air conditioning: 2 air conditioners cool the rooms: 1 air conditioner in the living room and 1 air conditioner in the hallway of the sleeping area. Two ceiling fans: 1 fan in the living area and 1 fan in the master bedroom.

Outside: veranda with dining table for exclusive use, parking space. Fruit trees: apricots, almonds, figs, olives, pears and apples, use them to enrich your breakfasts.

Location overview
San Vito dei Normanni is a village in Alto Salento, built around the Dentice di Frasso Castle, a treasure trove of history where the King of Italy, Victor Emmanuel III, stayed.

The castle can be visited, with the prince himself.

There are fabulous trattorias and masserias with excellent local specialities. The highway is 9 km away and in a few minutes you can reach the Valle D'Itria in the Murgia of the trulli.
