An open-plan kitchen with Miele appliances, a coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, and a kettle is also available. Air conditioning is available. High-quality furnishings. King-size box-spring beds (2 x 200x200 cm and 1 x 200x180 cm). The balcony and roof terrace have a seating area for 4 people, as well as a dining table with 8 chairs and a large parasol. Two loungers are also available. The electric entrance gate guarantees undisturbed peace and quiet. A shared garden with a charcoal grill is available. The apartment on the 2nd floor (top floor) is accessed via stairs. The apartment itself is wheelchair accessible (except for 3 steps to the roof terrace).
