This beautiful villa is located just above the centre of Toscolano-Maderno, one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Garda, where you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a long and beautiful beach... everything you need for a wonderful stay on Lake Garda :)

This beautiful and well-kept private villa is located in a very quiet area in the upper part of the village of Toscolano-Maderno (3,5 km from the town hall). You can enjoy a wonderful lake view from almost every corner of the house, the garden and the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests and is surrounded by a large private garden with olive trees and well-kept vegetation. By the pool you will find a small terrace with garden furniture, a covered terrace on the first floor and a large paved terrace near the living room on the ground floor.

The property is accessed through a gate in the parking area, which can accommodate up to three cars. From the parking area, a few steps lead to the entrance of the first floor. On this floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. Both rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the lake through large windows and one of them has access to a small terrace.

Room 1: 1 double bed (180x190 cm) + 1 single bed (90x190 cm). Room 2: 1 double bed (160x190 cm). The external staircase leads to the ground floor, which has a large paved terrace with table and barbecue. Upon entering the house, you will find the kitchen and a spacious living area with a beautiful view of the lake. At the back of this floor is a bedroom and a bathroom.

Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190 cm). Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, the pool, the garden and the covered and uncovered terraces.

ARRIVAL BY CAR OBLIGATORY: The villa is located in the village of Gaino, a hamlet of Toscolano-Maderno (10 minutes by car). The town hall in the centre of Toscolano-Maderno is 3.5 km from the house. From the village, it is possible to take a ferry to other places on the lake. The nearest railway station is Desenzano.

We welcome all our guests on arrival to show them the property and hand over the keys. Remember to contact us before your arrival to arrange a check-in time. We live in Salò and know Lake Garda and its surroundings well. We are happy to assist all our guests with suggestions for an optimal stay and are available if needed. - Visitor's tax not included - Late or early check-in must be requested in advance; additional charges may apply - From the car park to the entrance of the house there are only a few steps. The rooms are located on the first floor, while the kitchen and living room are on the ground floor.
