In a residence with swimming pool, a few steps from the town of Lazise, 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor for a family or group holiday up to 5 people! The apartment, equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, welcomes guests with the living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, flat screen TV, kitchen with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, citrus press, coffee machine and toaster. From the living room you go out onto the private covered terrace with dining table and chairs and a beautiful view of the pool and the lake. The apartment, equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, continues with the bedroom with comfortable double bed, TV, wardrobe and access to the private balcony at the back. On the floor there is a bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The apartment continues on the attic floor, which is equipped with two single beds, a sofa bed, a table with chairs and a second bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; from the attic you go out onto the beautiful sun terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake. Guests have a washing machine, iron and ironing board at their disposal. Guests can park their car in the private garage of the condominium. The apartment enjoys the residence's beautiful swimming pool of 10x15 meters equipped with sunbeds and is open from 01 May to 30 September. Swimming cap is required. For a small additional charge it is possible to provide a cot and a high chair. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona Villafranca airport, which is only 15 minutes away by car.
