The flat, with lift and concierge service, is located on the first floor of the elegant palazzo Margherita and overlooks the inner garden of the palazzo and that of the villa, now a museum, where Maestro Puccini lived and composed his opera Turandot.

The long promenade that runs along the entire seafront allows pedestrians and cyclists to move around safely, offering all kinds of attractions for young and old.
A short distance away is the pine forest, which offers numerous attractions for children, with merry-go-rounds, bike rentals and numerous refreshment stands.
Completing the tourist offer is the port from which it is possible to visit the coast by sea with daily excursions.
Lucca, Pisa and the Cinque Terre can be visited within a short distance.
Via the railway network, it is possible to travel in the direction of the most important cities both in Tuscany and to other Italian tourist destinations.
