The living area features a comfortable seating space and a TV, while the open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, induction stove, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each furnished with two single box-spring beds, providing sleeping space for all 4 guests. The luxury bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet. Free WiFi and parking for one car add everyday convenience. Sliding doors open from the living room onto the sunny terrace, where garden furniture and a parasol create a pleasant setting for outdoor meals, morning coffee, or simply unwinding after a day exploring the area. The detached layout and ground-floor design offer an easygoing holiday environment surrounded by greenery. The holiday park is set in the wooded landscape of North Limburg, close to the German border. The surrounding area offers opportunities for walking and cycling, with the Brachterwald nearby, while Venlo, Roermond, Toverland, and Designer Outlet Roermond provide options for day trips. At the park, guests can enjoy facilities including an indoor swimming pool and play areas, making it a practical choice for a nature-focused getaway with plenty to discover nearby. Note - EuroParcs may require a security deposit before arrival for guests staying in a holiday home. After departure, the accommodation will be inspected, and the deposit will be refunded within approximately three weeks if no damages, missing items, or disturbances are identified. Additional charges may apply where necessary. Guests are kindly requested to follow the property rules and respect fellow guests to help ensure a smooth refund process. Please note that a higher deposit may be required during major events and festivals.
