Four bedrooms offer flexible accommodation, with the ground-floor bedroom featuring two box-spring beds, a TV and private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, one with a TV, plus a luxury bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, shower, toilet and sauna. A separate solarium room provides another space to relax, while the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the hall includes an extra toilet. The villa opens onto a beautiful dune garden with south- and southwest-facing terraces, offering plenty of space to enjoy the sun throughout the day.
